Beef with noodles in sweet and sour sauce

- 350 gr. beef
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 200 gr. green onion
- 1 chili pepper
- 30 gr. honey
- 30 gr. ketchup
- 50 gr. wheat flour
- 150 gr. bell pepper
- 150 gr. mushrooms
- 200 gr. spaghetti
- 100 gr. dill
- 30 ml soy sauce
Recipe for beef noodles in sweet and sour sauce
Cut the beef into small strips. Dust the beef with flour before frying so it retains more juice and gets a more appetizing crust.
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into the pan and put the beef in, after a few minutes the meat will be ready, so do not miss the moment and do not forget to turn over in the process.
Take vegetables and chop them into strips. You can improvise with vegetables, take absolutely any vegetables to your taste.
Boil the noodles without letting them boil. It is best to use egg noodles.
Fry the mushrooms in a pan, then add honey, pepper and chopped vegetables.
Add fried beef to vegetables and pour over soy sauce, then add 2-3 tablespoons of ketchup.
Now add the noodles and sprinkle everything with chopped dill and green onions.
Continue cooking for another 3 minutes and remove the pan from the heat.
