The beauty of the drink is that it can be prepared in many ways - espresso, latte, mochachino. Today we will talk about cappuccino - a favorite of girls. To prepare it, it is not necessary to have a coffee machine at home. An ordinary Turk, good ground coffee and some free time are enough. In extreme cases, ground coffee can be replaced with instant coffee - but you need to understand that then the taste will not be so rich and multifaceted.

Having poured boiling water over a copper cezve, pour coffee into it and fill it with clean water. If an espresso strength is required, there should be no more than 60 ml of water. For those who do not really like bitter drinks, you can add 100-120 ml.

We put the Turk on the fire and wait for the appearance of foam. Before boiling, remove from heat, wait for the foam to settle, put it on fire again until foam appears. The more times you remove and put the Turk, the stronger the drink will turn out. The optimal amount is 3-5 cycles. Pour the brewed coffee into cups so that there is enough room for the cream.

Now you need to prepare the creamy foam. To do this, beat milk and cream in equal proportions. Suitable milk with a fat content of at least 2.5%. For whipping, it is better to use a blender or mixer - it is very difficult to achieve the desired consistency with a whisk.

Carefully, holding with a spoon, transfer the foam to the surface of the cup. Add a teaspoon of sugar or a pinch of cinnamon on top to taste.
