Cabbage rolls with meat

- 1 kg cabbage
- 1 head of onion
- 350 gr. pork
- 350 gr. beef
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 100 gr. carrots
- 50 ml soy sauce
Recipe for cabbage rolls with meat
We take a head of cabbage and remove the upper leaves from it, and carefully separate the remaining ones from the head of cabbage, making small cuts at the base.
We take a larger pan and boil water in it, adding a little salt. Put the cabbage leaves in boiling water and cook them for no more than 2 minutes.
Peel the garlic and onion, then grind them in a blender until completely homogeneous.
Cook minced meat, add chopped garlic and onion, pepper and salt to it.
We pass the carrots through a coarse grater and also add to the minced meat.
Stir the mince well so that all the ingredients are completely mixed.
We take cabbage leaves and cut out the toughest parts from them. Now take 1 tablespoon and put in the middle of the sheet. With gentle movements, wrap the cabbage leaf, as if you are wrapping an ordinary pancake.
We put the resulting meat cabbage rolls in a saucepan, add 2-3 tablespoons of soy sauce and pour in the vegetable broth (you can use the remaining cabbage broth).
We cover the pan with stuffed cabbage with a lid and start cooking over low heat, for 40 minutes.
