- 2 avocados
- 2 oranges
- 120 g natural crab meat
- 12 boiled shrimp
- 100 g sweet pepper
- 15 g chili pepper
- 50 g mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
- 1 bay leaf
- Olive oil
Hawaiian salad recipe
Crab meat is carefully disassembled by hand into fibers.
Bring water to a boil, add a few drops of lemon juice to it.
Put the shrimp, bay leaf into the water and cook for 3-5 minutes. Cut the cooked shrimp in half.
Peel the avocado, sprinkle with lemon juice, puree with a blender or mash with a fork. Add the remaining lemon juice, mayonnaise, crab meat to the avocado and mix. Sweet pepper cut into small cubes of half a centimeter each. Remove the seeds from the chile and chop very finely. Mix prepared ingredients.
Peel oranges from peel and internal films and cut into slices.
Assemble a multi-layer multi-colored structure. Place a ring shape on a serving plate. Lay out the bottom layer of orange slices. Put the mixture with avocado, pepper and crab meat in the second layer, put shrimp on top. Drizzle the dish with olive oil and carefully remove the mold. Decorate as desired.
