  • Chicken meat (you can thigh, fillet) - 100 g
  • flour - 30 g
  • champignons - 30 g
  • onion (finely chopped) - 1 tbsp.
  • milk cream (up to 38% fat) - 3 tbsp. for meat + 3 tbsp. for garnish
  • vegetable oil - 2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce (Worchester) - 2 g
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • potatoes - 130 g
  • cheese - 15 g
  • cucumber, cherry tomatoes (pickled) - 15 g
  • greens - for serving

1. Wash vegetables and mushrooms thoroughly under running water.

3. The meat must be cut into cubes.

4. Peeled champignons cut into slices.

5. Peel the onion and finely chop (take only 5-10 g)

6. Boiled potatoes (step 2) clean and cut into circles (thickness 5 mm).

7. Salt, pepper and bread the meat (step 3) in flour.

8. Chicken meat now needs to be fried evenly on all sides almost until cooked, then add mushrooms, onions. Fry everything until the meat is completely cooked.
