Ingredients
  • Juicy apples of sour varieties - 3 pcs.
  • Butter - 50 gr.
  • Frankfurt sausages - 5 pcs.
  • White wine - 100 ml
  • Lemon zest - 1 tsp
  • Flour - 4 tbsp.
  • Salt
  • Dill
  • Pepper
  • Potatoes - 5 pcs.
  • Milk - 50 ml

Apple Frankfurter Recipe

We clean the apples from seeds and skins, then cut them into small cubes and transfer them to a pan with butter. Cook the apples over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, being careful not to burn them.

Pour a little wine into the apples and reduce the heat. Wine will give the dish an additional pleasant aroma.

Add the lemon zest to the apples and continue to cook over low heat for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut sausages into rings and roll in flour. Fry in a frying pan heated with butter until an appetizing crust appears.

Now we transfer the finished sausages to another pan with apples and continue to cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.

For a side dish for sausages, we will prepare mashed potatoes, which we will season with butter and milk.
