Ingredients
  • Cheese - 250 gr.
  • White wine - ½ tbsp.
  • Water - 1.5 l
  • Carrot - 1 pc.
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Vegetable oil - as needed
  • Slices of white bread
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Greenery

Cut the cheese into small pieces or pass through a coarse grater. Now we shift the cheese into boiling water and begin to stir non-stop so that the cheese dissolves.

Pass the carrots through a fine grater, then fry with the addition of vegetable oil and add to the cheese soup. Let the soup simmer for 3 minutes and pour in the white wine, then add pepper and salt to taste.

Peel, chop and fry the onion until golden brown. In a separate pan, fry white bread to get completely dry croutons. Cut the croutons into pieces or strips.

We spread the fried onions and croutons on portioned plates and pour everything with cheese soup.
