Ingredients
  • Dry chicken broth - 1 cube
  • Water - 1.5 liters
  • Garlic - 20-25 cloves
  • Parmesan cheese - 40 grams
  • French baguette - 1 pc.
  • Egg yolks - 3 pcs.
  • Grated nutmeg - 1 pinch
  • Dill - 1 bunch
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Pepper and salt - to taste
To prepare this summer soup, the simplest ingredients are required, namely: garlic, cheese and bread - this is a list of the main ingredients.

We take a French baguette and tear it into small pieces, pour over with olive oil and mix, but do not overdo it with oil. We skip the Parmesan cheese through a medium grater and sprinkle the baguette, and mix everything again. We preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send our bread into it for literally 2-3 minutes.

Now chop the garlic and fry it in a pan with olive oil.

Pour in 1.5 liters of water and add a dry cube of chicken broth, also add a pinch of nutmeg and salt.

Beat the egg yolks and add 1 ladle of vegetable or chicken broth to them. Mix well and add parsley.

Stir all the time, add the yolks to the soup, and bring to a boil.
