Ingredients
  • Cheese "Emmental" - 300 g
  • Cheese "Cheddar" - 300 g
  • Bread (favorite) - 1 loaf
  • White dry wine - 300 ml
  • Vodka - 3 tbsp. l.
  • Starch - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Ham - 150 g
  • Olives - 150 g
  • Sausage - 150 g
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Spices, nutmeg
Fondue is not only a delicious dish, but also a great way to have a good time with friends.

To prepare fondue, first of all, we need special dishes - a fondue pot (a kind of pot with the possibility of bottom heating).

First, rub the inside of the fondue pot with garlic.

Ham, bread, sausage cut into medium cubes and put on a flat dish. Add olives.

We rub the cheese on a grater with large holes and put it in a fondue bowl, pour in the wine and heat, stirring constantly, until it melts.

In a small bowl, dilute the starch with vodka. Add to cheese. Let the whole mass boil, season with ground black pepper and nutmeg.

Products for fondue - ham, bread, olives - are chopped on skewers and dipped in boiling cheese.
