We offer you a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-cook dish.

Recipe for beans stewed with tomatoes

1

we wash the beans, put them in a saucepan, pour cold broth or water. I used chicken broth.

2

put the beans to boil. Cover the beans with a lid and cook over low heat until tender. If necessary, add water.

3

When the beans become soft, add tomato paste, salt, pepper to the broth and cook for another 10-15 minutes without a lid to get a nice, thick consistency.

PS To make the beans cook faster, there are two little secrets:

  • you can soak it for several hours before cooking;
  • during the cooking process, add 1 tablespoon of cold water 2-3 times.
