- 50 g mayonnaise

Recipe for stuffed eggs
Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel.
Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolk.
Finely chop the mushrooms and onions and fry until tender in vegetable oil.
Mash the yolks into porridge and combine with onions and mushrooms, add mayonnaise, pepper and salt to taste.
Fill the halves of the proteins with the resulting mixture and garnish with mayonnaise and herbs.
We cook hard-boiled eggs.
Dip in cold water and clean.
Cut the eggs in half and take out the yolks.
Cut the onion, knead the yolks and mix everything with caviar (or lay the caviar separately on the eggs).
Fill the squirrels with the resulting filling and, if desired, decorate with herbs and mayonnaise.
Cool hard-boiled eggs in water and peel.

We take a separate plate and knead the cod liver with yolks.

Boil the fish fillets until cooked and lay them on the yolks.
Finely chop the onion and add to the bowl as well.
Mix all ingredients well.
Fill the squirrels with minced meat and decorate with a drop of sour cream.
