Ingredients
- 900 gr. mushrooms
- 100 gr. onion
- 1 chicken egg
- 200 gr. turkey fillet
- 15 ml vegetable oil
- ¼ tsp salt
Stuffed champignons always turn out juicy and appetizing, it is simply impossible to resist them.
Recipe for stuffed champignons

We wash and remove the legs from the mushrooms.

Lubricate the baking sheet with oil and put the champignon caps on it to make something like cups.

Cut the legs finely enough and fry a little in a pan with vegetable oil.

Chop the onion and add it to the legs, fry until the onion becomes transparent, then add the turkey meat cut into small pieces into the pan and turn off the stove. By the way, you can use ready-made minced meat, and not meat pieces.

Add a raw chicken egg to the filling and mix everything.

Fill the champignon caps with the resulting filling. Fill tightly enough and carefully so that they do not burst.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, then put a baking sheet with stuffed champignons in there for 20 minutes.
