Stuffed tomatoes cooked in the oven
Ingredients
  • tomato - 4 pcs. (you can take more, depending on how many servings you decide to cook);
  • egg - 4 pcs.;
  • Feta cheese - 50 gr.;
  • ham - 2 slices;
  • garlic - half a clove;
  • basil - 2 leaves;
  • salt, pepper and paprika.
Such a dish will be an excellent appetizer to the table, or a separate lunch. Tomatoes can be stuffed with everything that your imagination and taste preferences inspire you to do.

Recipe for Oven Stuffed Tomatoes

Tomatoes need to be washed and cleaned of green tails. Cut off the top of the tomato and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Be sure to salt.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater, cut the ham into cubes, press the garlic with a garlic press.

Half fill the tomato with cheese, ham, garlic and basil. Add an egg to each of the tomatoes (you can also rub it on a grater).

The dish must be seasoned with spices and put in a baking dish, previously greased with oil.

Bake the dish for 20-25 minutes.
