Recipe for stuffed peppers

First of all, you need to thoroughly wash the peppers, then cut off the lid on top, but do not throw it away, it will come in handy for us again. Remove all seeds from peppers.

Take the minced pork and mix it with the rice.

Pour the mixture of minced meat and rice into the peppers and close them with cut caps.

Wash and peel carrots. Pass through a fine grater and put on the bottom of the pan.

Put the stuffed peppers on top of the carrots and pour over everything with 1 liter of tomato juice.

Place the pot on the stove and cook for 1 hour.

Add pepper, bay leaf, salt, sweet peas to the pan, you can also add your favorite spices.
