  • 4 eggplants
  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste,
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • a little grated cheese for topping
  • mayonnaise.

Wash eggplant, cut lengthwise into two parts. Carefully cut out the cores with a knife. The resulting boats are slightly salted.

chop the onion, chicken fillet, as well as all the carved eggplant pulp into cubes, fry in a pan in oil for 5-7 minutes.

turn off our filling, add chopped garlic to it and mix well.

With the resulting mass, we fill our eggplant boats, pour over with mayonnaise.
