- 200 g prunes
- 200 g dried apricots
- 100 g dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp. l. boiled condensed milk (optional)
- 100 g roasted peanuts
- 100 g walnuts
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 50 g almond petals
You can add any dried fruits to the bars, such as dates, raisins, dried persimmons. And to make the taste brighter, send pumpkin and sesame seeds along with almond petals to an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 8-10 minutes.

1. Soak prunes, dried apricots and dried cranberries in cold water for 10 minutes. Then drain the water and rinse the dried fruits well. Pass them through a meat grinder or chop in a blender. In the resulting mass, add boiled condensed milk (if using), peanuts, walnuts. Mix everything well.

2. Put the mass in the refrigerator for half an hour so that it cools down a little and thickens. Then divide it into 6 equal parts. Sprinkle them with seeds and almond petals, wrap in cling film or parchment and roll into bars with your hands. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set the mass.
