Homemade chicken sausage
Ingredients
  • Chicken fillet - 500 grams
  • Cream - 300 ml
  • Boiled ham - 200 grams
  • Egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • Hot paprika - ½ tsp
  • Ground cumin - ½ tsp
  • Sweet paprika - 1 tsp
  • Garlic - half a clove
  • Pepper
  • Salt

 Using a blender, grind chicken meat with the addition of cream, egg whites and spices. Grind until you get a homogeneous puree.

Cut the ham into small cubes and mix with minced chicken.

We spread the resulting mass on parchment and wrap it tightly.

We wrap everything with a film in several layers so that water does not get in, we pull it with twine. Instead of glassine and film, you can use artificial sausage casings.

Boil water and put sausage in it for 30 minutes, cook over medium heat.

We cool the finished sausage and send it to the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
