Homemade sauce with potatoes and meat
Ingredients
  • Pork (pulp) - 2 kg
  • Potato - 2 kg
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil for frying - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Bay leaf - 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt, pepper, dry spices - to taste
One of the simplest homemade dishes. Reminds roast, but the ingredients are much less. Nothing but potatoes, meat and onions!

Recipe for making homemade sauce with potatoes and meat

Cut the pork into small pieces, if possible - into cubes. Also, cut the peeled potatoes and onions into medium cubes.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil, fry the meat on it until browned, put it in a cauldron or pan with a thick bottom. Then lightly fry the onion until translucent. Spread over meat. In the same pan, fry the potatoes (if necessary, add a little more oil) - not to softness, but also to a slight blush. Put in a saucepan.

Pour the contents of the pan with water by about two-thirds, salt, pepper, mix, bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, put the bay leaf, add your favorite spices, cover with a lid and ... forget for 40 minutes.
