homemade plum tart recipe
1. Rinse the plums well, remove the pits, cut into four pieces each.
2. Flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, as well as vanilla and cinnamon should be evenly mixed in a large bowl.
3. Separately, it is necessary to combine kefir with eggs, butter and vegetable oils, lemon zest and juice (1 tablespoon).
4. Mix liquid and dry mixtures together.
5. It is better to spread the dough in a pre-prepared form (lined with parchment, oiled). Lay plum slices on top of the dough, pressing them lightly (best at a 45-degree angle).
The cake will turn out much tastier if the plums are inside the dough, and not just lying on top.
6. Before putting the cake in the oven, you can sprinkle it with sugar, especially if the plums are not very sweet.
7. Baking lasts up to half an hour (oven temperature - 200 degrees).
You can check the readiness of the cake with a wooden stick.
