Homemade sweets "Truffles"
Ingredients
  • waffles (delicious, do not save) - 8-10 pcs.
  • cocoa for decoration - 1-2 tables. l.
  • chocolate (can be "drops") - 100 g
  • cream (can be 15-20%) - 3 tbsp. l.
An extremely simple and very successful candy recipe: we will use chocolate wafers as the basis.

Recipe for making homemade truffles

We make crumbs from waffles (you can do it with your hands, you don’t need to achieve the state of “dust”).

Melt chocolate in a water bath (pour warm cream and send to the bath).

We send chocolate sauce to the waffle crumb. We mix. Leave for a while (as it cools, the mass will thicken and it will be easier to work with it). You can send it to the refrigerator for 10 minutes. But do not miss the moment - if the mass hardens too much, it will be difficult for you to sculpt sweets.

We sculpt wafer-chocolate blanks and roll them in cocoa powder.
