Homemade sweets "Chocolate"
Ingredients
  • sugar 0.5 kg
  • 100 gr cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons with a slide of powdered milk
  • 125 ml water
  • 150 gr butter

With this recipe, you can easily prepare delicious homemade sweets.

Mix sugar and water, put on fire. I used an enamel bowl. Bring the mass to a boil and cook over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, about 5-10 minutes. Don't forget to stir

Mix cocoa and milk powder in a separate container;

As soon as the fire is turned off under sugar syrup, add butter to it;

Thoroughly mix the candy mass, add cocoa and milk powder, stir so that there are no lumps. You can do it differently: heat water in a stainless bowl / ladle, put butter in hot water when it melts, add cocoa, sugar and milk powder. Mix everything thoroughly and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Mass constantly interfere!

After the mixture has cooled to room temperature, put it into special candy molds (for example, silicone), or squeeze the mass onto parchment paper using a pastry bag / file / sour cream bag;

We send sweets to the refrigerator. After 30-40 minutes, the sweets will harden quite well. I garnished with white chocolate. Having melted the white chocolate in a water bath, I dipped a few sweets into it.
