Homemade sausages with buckwheat, meat and mushrooms
Ingredients
  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • 400 g champignons
  • 250 g onion
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 5-6 chicken skins (remove from the sternum)
  • 1 st. l. vegetable oil
  • 2 g ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
Homemade sausages with buckwheat, meat and mushrooms are very appetizing and tasty, and thanks to buckwheat they are not so fatty.

Recipe for homemade sausages with buckwheat, meat and mushrooms

Finely chop the onion, mix with minced meat.

Boil buckwheat in salted water - take 1 cup of buckwheat for 2 cups of water. Cool down a bit.

Finely chop the mushrooms, put in a pan, add 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. Simmer them until done.

Mix minced meat, boiled and cooled buckwheat, onion, mushrooms in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse chicken skins. Sprinkle some salt to taste, stir.

Put the minced meat on the wide end of the skin and wrap it in the form of sausages.

Lay the sausages on a baking sheet, bake in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, for 40 minutes.

Drain off the liquid formed during the baking process.
