Homemade oatmeal cookies
Bakery
- Oatmeal - 250 grams
- Flour - 1.5 cups
- Butter - 150 grams
- Sugar - 150 grams
- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
- Vanilla sugar - 1 sachet
- Cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Dry berries (cherries, blueberries, cranberries, raisins, etc.) - 150 grams
Recipe for homemade oatmeal cookies
The first thing to do is fry the oatmeal a little in a pan, without adding oil.
Take a bowl and mix sugar and butter in it.
Whisk the eggs together with the vanilla sugar and add to the butter.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
We mix all these ingredients with oil, we also add fried oatmeal and raisins or other dry berries.
Thoroughly mix the resulting mass, then using a teaspoon, spread the dough on a baking sheet, which we previously covered with food paper. You can also lubricate everything with oil.
We send the baking sheet to the oven, which we preheated to 190 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes until our oatmeal cookies acquire a ruddy hue.
We cool the finished cookies, without removing them from the baking sheet, after which we transfer them to a plate and serve.
