  • Lemon juice
  • Chicken fillet - 100 gr.
  • White cabbage - 100 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
  • Tomatoes - 100 gr.
The recipe for the classic quiche dish is quite high in calories, we offer you a more dietary quiche recipe with cabbage and chicken. This cooking recipe is not at all similar to the original, but it turns out no less tasty.

First, finely chop the chicken, cabbage and tomato. Pour vegetable oil into a preheated pan, put meat and vegetables there and simmer until the cabbage becomes a little softer. In the process of cooking, it is necessary to constantly add a little water, but after turning off the stove, there should be no water in the pan. Now add spices, mix and leave to cool. The filling is ready, so it's time to do the dough.

Take an egg, break it and beat it well with a fork in a cup. Pour half of the beaten egg into a bowl, add half of sour cream and 0.5 teaspoon of soda there, quenching it with lemon juice. Add 1/3 cup water and flour. The amount of flour will depend on its quality and variety. The dough should be soft and pliable so that it can be easily spread by hand. If you are using a silicone mold, then it will not need to be lubricated with oil. The dough layer should be about 1 cm thick at the bottom of the mold and 1.5-2 cm on the sides.

If the filling has cooled down, you can spread it on the dough. Top everything with a mixture of the remaining sour cream and half an egg. Place the quiche in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and bake until the place on the sides of the pie becomes baked and soft.
