Ingredients
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 sweet peppers
  • 3 chicken eggs
  • 3 fresh cucumbers
  • 500 grams of champignons
  • 2-3 green lettuce leaves
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Black ground pepper and salt - to taste
Danish salad is considered quite light and healthy salad, as it is prepared from fresh vegetables and without the use of mayonnaise.

First of all, boil the eggs.

Boil the mushrooms and fry them a little. You can also use ready-made pickled champignons, this is not so important.

For dressing, squeeze the juice from the lemon, mix it with pepper, salt and oil.

We cut all the vegetables into rings or half rings, as you like.

It is better to tear green salad with your hands, so it will look more beautiful.

Cut boiled eggs into quarters.

Mix all ingredients and season with dressing.

Mix everything well and serve to the table.
