Grilled Cornish Chicken

- 2 Cornish chickens 700 g each
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup orange juice (you can substitute apple juice)
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp. l. olive oil

Preparing the chickens for cooking. We cut into halves and put the carcasses in a deep baking sheet, after washing and drying them.
To make the chicken tender, you need to properly prepare the marinade. For him, garlic and onions should be peeled and chopped. Separate the rosemary and thyme from the sprigs and chop as finely as possible. Mix orange and lemon juice, olive oil with herbs, garlic and onions, add a little water. Mix the resulting marinade well and pour it over the chickens. Cover the meat with a lid or cling film and send to marinate in the refrigerator for 10 hours.
In nature, when the coals are ready, place the chickens on the grill and cook them for 50 minutes, turning occasionally. Our grilled Cornish chickens are ready to please your family and guests!
