Cheesecake in the microwave

- 50 gr. crumbled cookies
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 120 gr. sour cream
- Egg
- 120 gr. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp orange cheese
- 50 gr. powdered sugar

Mix the butter together with the crumbs. We put the resulting mixture into molds, pressing it well to get a dense base for the cheesecake.
Using a mixer, beat the sour cream and cream cheese on low speed. It is not necessary to beat for long, as extra air bubbles are formed, which we do not need at all, our cheesecake can crack from them.
Now add the chicken egg and powdered sugar, beat again a little. Add orange juice and mix gently with a spoon.
Pour the resulting mixture into molds.
We cook the cheesecake in the microwave for 2 minutes at a power of 700 watts. When bubbles appear in the center of the cheesecake, the treat is ready.
Let the cheesecake cool to room temperature, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to further chill.
