Ingredients
  • Cottage cheese mass or cottage cheese - 1 kg
  • Cream - 100 gr.
  • Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.
  • Dessert wine - 60 ml
  • Sugar - 5 tbsp.
  • Raisins - 50 gr.
  • Salt - 1 pinch
  • Lemon - 1 pc.

Wash the raisins well. We heat the wine and pour it over the raisins for 30 minutes.

We take the cottage cheese and pass it through a sieve to get rid of all the lumps.

Now beat the cottage cheese, salt and sugar until smooth.

Gradually add the eggs to the curd mass and beat again.

Now add the cream while continuing to beat.

Using a grater, remove the zest from the lemon.

Add lemon zest and raisins with wine to the curd mass and mix again.

We take a suitable baking dish and cover it with baking paper.

We fill the form with the curd mixture, level everything and put it in the oven, which should be heated to 160 degrees. We continue to bake cheesecake with raisins and wine for 60 minutes.

As soon as 1 hour has passed, open the oven door and leave the cheesecake in this form for 2-3 hours.
