Lavash chips with cheese
Ingredients
  • 2 thin lavash
  • large egg
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise, sour cream, finely grated hard cheese / as typed
  • salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of turmeric, if desired.
Delicious, fragrant, crispy, and, most importantly, harmless lavash chips! Try to cook these chips, I'm sure you and your kids will like them!

Each pita bread is cut into several squares. This is necessary in order to make it more convenient to cut the pita bread already moistened with the cheese mixture into pieces. If you spread a whole “pancake”, it will get wet very quickly and will not be cut, but torn. I cut each pita bread into 8 pieces-squares.

We combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pepper, salt, cheese, egg. We mix.

Lubricate each piece of pita bread with cheese mixture and immediately cut with a sharp knife into small rectangles (see photo). Send to deco (spread baking paper).

Cooking chips in preheated to 200 gr. oven for 5-7 minutes (watch the color of the chips, the pita pieces will acquire a beautiful golden brown hue and will not be even, but wavy). By their appearance, you will immediately understand - everything is ready, it's time to take it out!
