Ciabata with chicken
Ingredients
  • Olive oil - one tablespoon
  • Paprika - one teaspoon
  • Pepper flakes - one teaspoon
  • Two chopped chicken fillets 200 grams
  • 2 loaves or baguette cut in half
  • Arugula leaves
  • Mayonnaise - 85 grams
  • Lemon juice - one tablespoon
Mornings in Italy are traditionally celebrated with ciabatta. Ciabata is such a delicious spicy chicken sandwich. We will prepare it now.

Mix chili, paprika, olive oil and pour the chicken with the resulting mixture.

We heat the barbecue to 200C and fry the chicken on it. Fry each side for about three minutes.

Next, in a bowl, mix lemon juice and mayonnaise.

Cut the buns or loaf in half lengthwise, put on a barbecue or in the oven to warm up for two minutes.

Then we apply a mixture of mayonnaise and lemon juice on it, spread the arugula, fried chicken and enjoy.
