Recipe for making cherry dessert with cottage cheese
1. Cherries are well washed out under running water. Then the berries are divided into halves, thereby removing the seeds.
2. The berries are transferred to a saucepan with the addition of water and sugar. The mixture is simmered over low heat for about 2 minutes. A few tablespoons of the juice that stood out should be mixed with starch. Then quickly the starch liquid must be returned to the berry syrup. Another 2 minutes and the syrup is ready. It should thicken a bit and cool down.
3. Next, you need to melt the chocolate. It is best to do this in a water bath.
4. Cottage cheese is rubbed with powdered sugar, cream. Coconut flakes are also added there. Everything is mixed up.
Serving is offered in transparent glasses, in order to once again emphasize all the delights of the summer menu, which allows us to decorate the dinner table with the brightest colors.
