- starch - 100-110 g
- flour - 90 g
- paprika (sweet) - 2 tbsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- sesame - 1 tbsp
Recipe for lentil chips
1. It is necessary to rinse the porridge and add water. Put on fire, salt and boil for about 20 minutes.
2. Grind the resulting porridge well.
3. Add starch, flour to the mass (step 2) and knead everything into a soft, elastic dough. If you need a little more flour - do not worry, add!
4. Paprika and garlic can be added at this stage, or you can - when parrying with a blender.
Parrying - chopping vegetables without heating.
5. The formed dough needs to rest for about 15 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the thinly rolled cake with sesame seeds and lightly press it into the dough. Cut the dough so that it resembles chips.
7. Chips are baked until cooked at a temperature of about 200 degrees.
