Tea with ginger

- 0.5 liters of water
- 2 teaspoons of black tea, preferably large leaf
- ginger - a small piece of root (about 1 cm of root)
- honey
Ginger tea is a very pleasant and fragrant drink. In addition, this tea is very useful: it perfectly warms the body in the cold season and has a number of useful properties. The essential oils, vitamins and microelements contained in ginger increase the resistance of the human body to various infections and contribute to weight loss.

Bring water to a boil, pour into a teapot, drain (warm up the container).

We clean and cut into thin plates, 1 mm thick, no more, ginger root.

Pour the tea leaves into the teapot, put the ginger (photo). Fill with water. The water should just start to boil.

Cover the teapot with a lid. Above - a cap or a cotton towel. We insist 5 minutes.
