- 1 kilogram chicken leg
- 1 tsp salt
- 100 ml wine or port
- 1 tsp basilica
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 4 onions
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 400 grams of tomato puree
- Quarter tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp cilantro
