Masala tea
Ingredients
  • 1.1 liters of water
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 20 gr. black long leaf tea
  • 80 gr. granulated sugar
  • 30 gr. fresh ginger
  • 1 nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 10-12 peppercorns
  • 2 star anise
  • 4 cardamom
  • ½ tsp fenugreek
  • 2 cloves
  • ½ tsp fennel
Masala tea is a unique oriental drink that is drunk in its homeland like a regular hour in our country. Tea "Masala" very well invigorates and warms the body has an unusual taste of giving strength.

Bring milk and water to a boil, but do it in separate containers. Reduce the heat and pour the tea into the water. Add chopped ginger to boiling milk, add nutmeg, cut into thin plates and black pepper.

Wait 3 minutes and add the crushed cinnamon and the remaining spices to the milk. We wait 2 minutes and add sugar to the milk, after which we remove it from the heat.

Mix spices with milk and tea. To do this, pour the liquid in turn from one vessel to another.

Before you serve the drink to the table, scald the mugs with hot water and pour the Masala tea over them.
