  • 500 g pumpkin
  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 300-400 g Korean carrots
  • mayonnaise
  • parsley
  • refined oil for frying

We clean the skin from the pumpkin, remove the seeds, fibers. Cut into pieces. The pieces are quite large.

Roast the pumpkin until done.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces and fry in oil (7-8 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally).

We mix pumpkin, carrots, fillets in a deep container.

Add mayonnaise. When serving, decorate the Autumn salad with parsley.
