Quick Peach Pie with Yogurt

- 500 g puff pastry without yeast
- 600 g peaches (canned)
- 500 ml yogurt
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 3 art. l. semolina
- vanilla pod
For this cake, you can use almost any fruit and berries: apples, pears, apricots, cherries, currants, raspberries. Try making a vegetable version of the pie, such as squash or zucchini. In this case, instead of sugar and vanilla, add salt, pepper and aromatic herbs.
Recipe for a quick pie with peaches and yogurt

Defrost puff pastry if it has been frozen. Roll out the dough into a sheet the size of a baking sheet, working with a rolling pin from the center to the edges in short movements.

Transfer the dough to a baking sheet and smooth out to make small sides. Sprinkle evenly with semolina.

Mix yogurt, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise with a sharp knife and scrape out the seeds. Add them to yogurt.

Cut the peaches into slices and place on the dough.

Carefully pour the yogurt dressing over the pie.

Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake the cake for 20-25 minutes. - the edges should be golden, and the filling should thicken. Cool the cake on a wire rack in a baking sheet, then slice and transfer to a serving platter.
