Quick oatmeal risotto with green peas
Ingredients
  • 500 g defrosted green peas
  • 300 g boiled-smoked chicken breast
  • 3 art. l. hercules
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • 1 st. l. butter
  • 4 sprigs of mint
  • 2 sprigs of celery or parsley
  • 300 ml boiling water
  • salt
  • pepper

1. Pour boiling water over hercules, leave for a minute, then grind with a blender until smooth. Add peas, parmesan, butter, salt, pepper to the resulting mass and cook over high heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly.
