Sandwiches "Holiday"
Ingredients
  • baguette - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 200 g
  • fresh parsley - a tablespoon of finely chopped greens
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • Minced fillet chicken - 500 g
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Starch - 1 tbsp. spoon without top
  • Vegetables: carrot (1 small), bell pepper (2 pieces of different colors)
  • Salt (a teaspoon, as needed), ground black pepper, ground nutmeg (0.5 teaspoon each)

Salt minced meat, add pepper, nutmeg;

Add starch, egg, cheese (grated on a coarse grater);

We mix everything well;

Add vegetables cut into small cubes. Mix again;

We make 2-3 sausages of the diameter we need. You can use cling film for this purpose. Or disposable bags.

We put minced meat in a bag. We seal, giving the shape of sausages. We roll up ("twist"). It is important to release all the air from the bag. We send in another package. We tie with a dense thread.

We put a pot of water on the fire. The water boils - we send sausages into it. Cook at a low boil for 40 minutes.

The sausages have cooled down, we release them from the packages, cut them.

We cut the baguette, grease it with garlic-green butter (softened butter + herbs + chopped garlic).

We spread a sausage carriage on each piece of baguette.
