- 2.5 st. flour
- 2 tbsp halva

- 1 tbsp flour (with a large slide)
- 1 tbsp butter
- a little vegetable oil to lubricate hands and surfaces.
Recipe for buns with halva
We heat the milk a little (35-37 ° C). We introduce a spoonful of sugar and yeast. After five minutes, add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough. The dough will stick, this is normal. Cover the bowl with the dough and leave in a warm place in the kitchen for 40-50 minutes.
We cook custard from the indicated ingredients. We introduce halva into the cream when it cools down a bit.
Divide the dough into pieces of equal size. In the center of the cake we lay 1 tsp. with a slide of cream. We pinch. All blanks are sent to the form. We maintain a distance of 1 cm. If suddenly there was not enough stuffing, just roll into tiny balls and place between future buns.
Cover the mold after 20 minutes. Brush with egg and put in the oven. Cooking buns with halva no more than half an hour. Check back in 20 minutes so you don't miss a moment. The temperature in the oven is 180 °C.
