Bulgur with shrimps and vegetables
Ingredients
  • Bulgur - up to 300 g
  • Medium-sized shrimp - about 400 g
  • Vegetable mix (Mexican) - 1 pack
  • Garlic - 1/2 clove
  • Tomatoes (in juice) - 2 pcs.
  • Parsley and salt to taste
  • Olive oil
Bulgur is an amazingly nutritious and tasty porridge that came to us from the East. Presenting it with fragrant shrimp for dinner - no one will remain indifferent!

Recipe for bulgur with shrimp and vegetables

1. Bulgur is boiled (for 20 minutes).

2. Peeled shrimp (removed tails, head) are fried in olive oil. The aroma will be uniquely wonderful when garlic is added.

3. After some time, a mixture of vegetables is added to the pan, and stewed over low heat for 10 minutes.

4. Next is the turn of adding tomatoes and those spices that you like.

5. The pre-cooked bulgur (step 1) should continue to simmer in the pan for another 5 minutes.
