Ingredients
  • 4 sheets of brick dough
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g chopped chicken meat
  • 1 bulb
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Peel the onion and chop finely. Saute the onion in a little olive oil until translucent.

Lay the dough sheets out on a work surface. In the center of each sheet, put 50 g of minced meat, distribute the fried onions and capers, season the filling with pepper.

Drive a raw egg onto each sheet with a filling and salt it a little.

Pinch the edges of the dough tightly, fold the sheets diagonally to make triangles.

Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan and fry the pies for 5 minutes. Put the finished pies with the egg on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
