Brownie with marshmallow
Bakery
- 140 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
- 120 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- ½ sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50 g marshmallow
- 2 tbsp. l. cognac or rum
marshmallow brownie recipe
1. Break the chocolate into small pieces, mix with butter and salt in a large bowl. Then put the bowl in a water bath and melt the mass until smooth.
2. Remove the chocolate from the water bath, add sugar, stir in the eggs, return to the water bath and stir with a whisk for about a minute.
3. Sift flour with baking powder through a sieve. Add vanilla sugar. Pour dry ingredients into bowl with chocolate. Mix vigorously so that there are no lumps.
4. Remove the chocolate mass from the water bath, add cognac or rum there.
5. Line a deep baking tray with parchment. Pour in the chocolate batter and spread in an even layer about 2 cm thick. Place small pieces of marshmallow on top.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 ° C for 25 minutes.
7. Remove the brownies from the oven and let them cool to room temperature. Then carefully chop or casually break it into pieces. Serve with hot chocolate or coffee, ice cream or salted caramel.
