- 150 grams of chocolate drops
- 2 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- 170 grams of creamy margarine
- 20 grams of cocoa
- 50 grams of flour
- a pinch of salt
- 2-3 tablespoons sesame seeds (toasted in a dry frying pan)

Chocolate drops + margarine, drown in a steam bath.

Mix sugar + eggs in a separate bowl.

Pour the cooled chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.

Mix, add cocoa and flour, salt.

Mix again, add sesame seeds.

Pour the brownie dough into a parchment-lined pan.

We bake at 180 gr. about half an hour. When checking for readiness, traces of dough should remain on a wooden stick.
