Dish for kids carrot-semolina casserole
Bakery
- 2 large carrots (3 medium)
- 0.5 liters of thick semolina
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of semolina with top
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tablespoons regular sugar
- 2 tbsp. spoons of breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter
- a pinch of salt
Recipe for cooking a dish for children carrot-semolina casserole
mix finely grated carrots, eggs and sugar.
Add porridge and cereals to the mass. We try. If necessary, add sugar, salt.
We line the form with parchment for baking (if we are sure that it does not stick, we do not use paper), grease with oil (1 tablespoon), sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
We spread the mass in the form - lightly sprinkle with croutons on top and spread the remaining butter.
We put the casserole in the oven (180-200 gr) for about 40 minutes.
Everything, our casserole is ready. This dish is perfect as a children's breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner. The finished casserole should cool slightly. Then it should be sprinkled with powdered sugar. And then ... And then rather call your kids and delight them with this healthy yummy!
