Pancakes with fried bananas
Ingredients
  • a glass of milk
  • glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of soda
  • 3 table spoons of vegetable oil
  • flour - half a pint jar
  • salt - half a teaspoon
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • bananas - depending on how many pancakes you want to make
  • butter for frying
  • sugar

Knead the dough either with a mixer or by hand. It should be liquid.

We bake thin pancakes in a hot pan, WITHOUT oil (it is already in the dough, the pancakes will not stick). Pour half a ladle (ladle) into the pan for one pancake, no more, otherwise the pancakes will break.

Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry the bananas cut into slices or half rings, sprinkling them with sugar on top (the amount of sugar is to taste, at your discretion).

We spread a spoonful of the filling on the pancake, and fold it four times.
