Recipe for pancakes with cottage cheese and herbs
1. Mix milk with water, add eggs, sugar, salt. Sift flour separately. Start whisking the eggs with milk with a whisk or mixer and, without ceasing to beat, add the sifted flour in small portions. The dough should turn out smooth, without lumps, resemble condensed milk or liquid sour cream.
2. Take a small pancake pan, grease it with vegetable oil. Fry the pancakes by pouring the dough into the pan with a small ladle. Put the finished pancakes in a pile and grease with butter.
3. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream, add salt and pepper there. Mix sour cream and cottage cheese well with a mixer or blender. Add chopped herbs to the resulting mass, mix.
4. Lay out 1-2 tbsp. l. curd mass on a pancake and roll it up with an envelope. Roll up any remaining pancakes in the same way and serve with lettuce.
