Pancakes "Yeast"
Ingredients
  • 500 ml milk and 100 ml water
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • a teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 3 art. tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast (I use quick acting yeast)
An easy recipe for delicious pancakes. Pancakes according to this recipe will turn out to be quite thin 2-3 mm.

Warm milk mixed with water to 35-40 gr. I added chopped butter and warmed everything together.

Combine flour with yeast, sugar and salt.

Slowly pouring in the liquid, knead the pancake dough.

We add eggs. We mix. Pour in 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

Leave the dough for 1 hour. During the rise, the dough should be mixed twice.

Fry pancakes in a heated and oiled pan. For one pancake - about 2/3 ladle of dough.

Fry pancakes over medium heat until golden brown.

We serve pancakes with honey, condensed milk, sour cream and other additives!

Yeast pancakes prepared in this way are quite thin (2-3 mm).
