Pancake cake "Bird's milk"
Ingredients
  • one 250 ml glass each - milk, flour, boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar and refined sunflower oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • a fifth of a teaspoon salt
  • two glasses of milk (1 tbsp. = 250 ml)
  • 100 g cream. oils
  • 100 g sugar (for those who like delicate desserts, this is enough, others can add more)
  • 4 tablespoons decoys
  • lemon (only the zest is needed)
Delicious cake of pancakes and semolina cream. The recipe is simple and inexpensive.
