Cheese pancakes
Bakery
- 1 st. flour
- 1.5 st. milk
- hard cheese, grated on a coarse grater - about a hundred grams
- two eggs
- 1 tsp sugar (I add the same amount of salt, but you add a pinch and try)
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1-2 tbsp. l. chopped dill (parsley)
An extremely simple recipe for delicious pancakes. Grated cheese is added directly to the dough. I tried adding both "Russian" and "Smetankovy" cheese. You get "lick your fingers" all the time.
Recipe for cheese pancakes
Shake eggs with milk. Add sugar, salt, flour, oil. Mix until smooth.
In the finished dough we send dill and cheese.
Fry pancakes until golden brown on both sides. Fire is medium.
Cheese pancakes prepared according to this recipe can become the basis for preparing an original and tasty appetizer "a la Monastery hut": all you need is to grease the pancakes with a mixture of mayonnaise, processed cheese and garlic, and put them in a slide using the same sauce as and inside pancakes (you can add turmeric or paprika for color). Olives can be used as "cherries".
